活動相片及影片使用授權
AUTHORIZATION AND CONSENT TO USE PHOTOGRAPH OR IMAGE
本人授權香港樹仁大學(下稱大學)：
1) 透過任何媒體，包括但不限於有關刊物、網頁、廣告、互聯網及微信/小紅書等社交平台，使用有關本人之照片或／及影片。
2) 複製、印刷、展覽、編輯、修改、派發全部或部分有關本人之照片或／及影片，並使用於任何媒體及用途上，而不需提供任何回報。
本人保障大學免除因使用有關本人之照片或／及影片而引起的一切法律責任及索賠，包括誹謗、中傷或侵犯私隱及人權等。本人明白大學對有關本人之照片或／及影片有絕對使用權，大學亦無需將製成品提交本人檢視或批核。
This Authorization and Consent to Use Photograph or Image is given by the undersigned to the Hong Kong Shue Yan University (“University”) for use by the University.
Acknowledging the foregoing, the undersigned hereby gives consent and authorization to the University for the use of the photograph, picture or image (either still or in action) of the undersigned and in any medium (including publications, website, commercial, internet and social media ,e.g. WeChat/Rednote) for or on behalf of the University, and waives and forever releases the University from and against any and all claims, demands or causes of action arising out of, or associated with, the University’s use of the photograph, picture or image. The undersigned does not have the right to request for preview or approval for the outcome of the use of the photograph, picture or image (either still or in action) of the undersigned. *
